UTEP Softball Announces 2026 Fall Schedule

EL PASO, Texas – UTEP Softball has announced its 2026 fall schedule, highlighted by three home dates at the Helen of Troy Softball Complex, an exciting home run derby event, and matchups against regional junior colleges and NCAA opponents. 

The Miners open fall play on Friday, Oct. 2 with the Dinger$ 4 Dollar$ Home Run Derby at 3:30 p.m., followed by an intrasquad scrimmage at 5:30 p.m. Both events will be open to the public, giving fans their first look at the 2026-27 squad. 

On Sunday, Oct. 4, UTEP will host a pair of games at Helen of Troy Field, facing Arizona Western College before taking on Sul Ross State.

The Miners will hit the road on Saturday, Oct. 10, traveling to Las Cruces, N.M., for a doubleheader against New Mexico State and Eastern Arizona College.

On Sunday, Oct. 11, the Miners will return home for a pair of contests against New Mexico and NMSU.

UTEP will close out its fall schedule on Saturday, Oct. 17, traveling to Tucson, Ariz., for a doubleheader at Arizona.

All home games will be played at the Helen of Troy Softball Complex. Admission to fall home events is free for all fans.
