UTEP Volleyball to Host Volleyball International University Cup April 18
EL PASO, Texas – UTEP Volleyball will host the Volleyball International University Cup on Saturday, April 18, inside Memorial Gym, welcoming a competitive and international field for a full day of matches.
The tournament will begin at 8:30 a.m. and continue through the late afternoon. Joining the Miners in the event will be Arizona, New Mexico State, New Mexico, along with four high-level, traveling teams from Mexico.
The international teams are members of CONADEIP — the National Student Sports Commission of Private Institutions, a non-profit organization that oversees and promotes high-performance collegiate athletics among private universities across Mexico.
The marquee matchup of the day will feature UTEP vs. Arizona at 3 p.m.
The Volleyball International University Cup is coming to Club Memorial! UTEP hosts Arizona, NM State, UNM & four of Mexico’s top teams April 18.
