Entertainment: Monster Jam Roars into the Sun City

Monster Jam roared back in to the Sun City this week at the Sun Bowl not before making some stops around the 915 on Thursday.

Some of the Monster Jam Trucks were visiting some business in the City.

My first stop was to go check out the Zombie Monster Jam Truck at Border Tire on the Eastside of Town. Fans were already in line at the 10:30am mark as the Super Sized Zombie Truck was in full display for fans of all ages to see. Border Tire handed out some special goodie BKT Tire  bags to fans in the early morning hours. Some of Monster Jam’s youngest fans got to see these larger than life trucks in person for the first time.

My next stop was to Bubba’s 33 to see the Set up for the Meet and Greet with Sparkle Smash and over 25 Women owned Vendors for the special Pop up shop event in the parking lot.

Fans saw the Sparkle Smash truck getting assembled from the gateway and made a quick pit stop to see the Truck roll into the parking lot to get set up for the event which was slated to begin at 4pm, with Sparkle Smash Driver Kayla Blood going to be in attendance signing autographs and taking pictures with fans. But before that event i headed out to central El Paso for a special meet and greet.

Monster Jam made a special visit to the El Paso Children’s Hospital where SuperStar Drivers Tyler Menninga of the legendary truck Grave Digger, Bari Musawwir of the Zombie Monster Jam Truck and Cory Rummell of Bailey Circuit got to walk the halls and meet with some of the patients and take pictures and autographs.

The Bailey Circuit Monster Jam Truck was parked outside where even those who were not able to go outside can see the huge Monster Jam Truck from their window.

Then it was off to Bubba’s 33 for the Sparkle Smash meet and greet, and the city made it sparkle! The lots at the Las Palmas market place were full as fans lined up to get their picture with the Special Unicorn Monster Jam Truck and Driver Kayla Blood. Fans were also able to take a look at the on hand vendors who were selling treats, jewelry, snacks and more. Not to mention the delicious Made from scratch Bubba’s 33 food inside.

Fans had the chance to register to win some special prizes that featured autographed Monster Jam collectables, and Aaron Rodgers Autographed collectables and gift cards.

In Partnership with Monster Jam the Bubba’s 33/ Texas Roadhouse company certainly put on a show for those in attendance before this weekend’s Monster Jam two day event at the Sun Bowl.

The city of El Paso loves their Monster Trucks and will seek them out to get that up close view of these wonders of the world.

The event is a must see every year and this year was no different.

So remember to get your tickets early for the 2027 Monster Jam event because this event will most likely be a Sold Out Event.
